iambassador is proud and excited to announce a new collaborative campaign that will highlight the cities of Graz in Austria and Ljubljana in Slovenia. #EuroCityTrip is an iambassador partnership with #coolneighbours Graz Tourismus und Stadtmarketing GmbH (Austria) and Visit Ljubljana (Slovenia).

Three key digital influencers and a professional video maker from the iambassador network will take part at a 7-day trip (22nd – 28th May) between the cities of Graz and Ljubljana immersing themselves in the cultural, design and gastronomic offer and especially highlight the similarities of both cities and the perfect fit of combining these in an unique #EuroCityTrip. The campaign will start in Graz (22-25 May) and end in Ljubljana (25-28 May). The aim of this campaign is also to create a pilot project for the European Cities Marketing (ECM) and set the basis for a project that could in the future involve more member cities of the ECM. The concept derives from our innovative #EuroFoodTrip campaign last year, which won the World Travel Award for Europe’s Leading Marketing Campaign 2017.

Beginning next week we anticipate a wealth of content being generated on social media thoughout this innovative travel experience, and you can follow the campaign via the official hashtags #EuroCityTrip and #coolneighbours on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.

An initial overview and report on the reach and results of #EuroCityTrip will be presented by iambassador together with Graz Tourismus und Stadtmarketing GmbH and Visit Ljubljana on Thursday 1st June 2017 at the ECM International Conference in Dubrovnik, Croatia.
